Losing weight only
Or about learning nutritional info or learning weight loss plans or meal plans

Here I hope to answer some common questions I get about the Eat Happy Course!
How many people are on the course?
I usually keep the groups small. I’m happy with just 4 in the group, and 15 is the maximum for this sort of course, as we want to have time to have a bit of a chat.
Is it women only?
It is open and available to men, but it tends to be women mostly at this time!
Is there lunch or food included in the ticket price?
No. But I always aim to seek out venues that are either a coffee shop, or have cafe’s really close by!
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before the event, except the 14 days prior. I can’t refund if you cancel within 14 days of the event as I need to know how many are coming etc.
I want to lose weight – is this for me?
Yes – and no! I would advise any one who wants to lose weight to attend this course. However – weight loss is NOT the main aim of this particular course. This course is for finding balance and peace with food so you can feel better about eating.
