4 x 60 min calls

This works best if the calls are taken each week as you'll be able to see progress over the month. You'll be given tasks and skills to try out each week and the calls help to keep accountability and focus

30 Minute follow up call

The follow-up call will help you figure out the steps you can take next so that you keep the progress going!

This is the coaching package for you if:

  • You have lived with food frustrations for a while
  • You’ve come to know your eating habits quite well and have awareness of your food ‘stuff’
  • You are looking for guidance to help you find clarity and peace in your eating that you haven’t experienced for a while
  • You are excited to work on different elements that make up your relationship with food so you can feel happier about eating
This popular coaching package is perfect for you if you’re ready to clear away the eating blocks that have been holding you back for too long. You are tired of not living the way you want, and you’re ready to put in the work to feel motivated and positive about the direction you’re going in.
You’ll see great results with just 4 sessions and feel totally confident in the new skills you’ve developed to move forwards in an exciting and happier direction in your life!
You’ll receive notes and resources after this call.
You’ll also receive a follow up call that lasts 30-40 minutes up to 3 weeks after the 4 coaching calls to help you keep your focus and your mindset balanced.

This call will absolutely help you get started on your own path forwards towards happier eating. If you feel you have a lot going on, the 4 week programme might be a good option.

But if you don’t have much time and want a lot of value for your investment, this call is a good option.

You’ll need to have booked a consultation call.

You’ll then need to pay upfront in full, then book a date that suits for your call.

Once the call is finished, you can book the follow up.


The follow up is a call that lasts around 30 minutes and that will serve to keep you focused on the tasks you want to work on.

The call must be booked no more than 3 weeks after the 90 minute call.

Only if you want! I will send notes after the call which include a ‘things to try’ section. This is totally optional and will have come from the things we discussed in the call.

No! It can also be a video call. For this I use Zoom. If you have a better internet signal we can use voice only on Zoom, or video as well.

If you are local to me in Carmarthen there is sometimes the option of a face to face meeting in a therapy room. Please ask if you’re interested in this option.


You can absolutely book more sessions if you need to. I can offer adhoc hour long sessions after a coaching programme should you need more.

The fee for these sessions is £45 for clients who’ve booked a Feel Good Fast package and £35 for clients who have purchased the two longer packages.
