Everything in this course is based on my own experiences of healing my own relationship with food.
I used to over eat compulsively regularly. I would emotionally eat to numb out. I had low self-esteem and was not living the life I wanted. I kept track of all my foods in a journal, but never changed what really mattered: my mindset.
